BCforward’s team of dedicated staffing professionals has placed thousands of talented people over the past decade, with retention rates that are consistently higher than the industry average.Job DescriptionCandidate ResponsibilitiesSummary: Ability to take accountability for team’s delivery capability and drive the teams to success. Need to leverage MS Tools to document architecture, MS Project Plans, Excel and solution documentation. Successful in starting and finishing multiple projects simultaneously Hands on experience in various agile or lean methodologies Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Essential Duties: Doing everything possible to ensure delighting customers Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customersGuiding the team on how to get the most of out self organizationGuiding the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gapsRemoving impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example QualificationsTechnical Skills7-8 years of IT experience required, 3-5 years PM experience. IT related Bachelor’s degree required. Applications or Database related degree preferred. Needs to understand Data Architecture/Data Migration. Proficiency with Visio is required. Basic Excel required. Microsoft Project experience requied.
